    This research project describes the limitations of a family organization, the company "The Day Offer". This is caring out its activities in the city center of Ambato in the province of Tungurahua, since the business objective is to generate profits, the same is achieved through business administration, with the management of Resources available in the company and these are present in the daily activities, available to the management and maneuver of the operational staff. The management of the company is in charge of the family members, causing the work to been compromised to meet the objectives posed by the lack of guidelines and segregation of functions. From an administrative point of view, the effort that has been made is evaluated through an indicator such as profitability, valuing not only the profits or losses that have been generated during the economic periods but also looking at the destination of the company.The evaluation of components will allow the transmission of valuable information to the general administration by examining variations, influencing decision making, restructuring of staff functions, control of economic, human and mainly financial resources, with the help of tools for The management and thus to prepare a controlled result for the benefit that integrate the company "The Day Offer".
