    In the present investigation a budget planning for the company AUSTRO DISTRIBUCIONES AUSTRODIS CIA will be determined. LTDA, to determine how financial information is incurred in decision-making, for the development of this work it was necessary to collect information from company personnel, this was done through the application of surveys, interviews and a chek list to each one of the departments, in this way it was possible to establish what is the problem, the purpose of the use of the research techniques, was to identify the shortcomings that influence the budget planning, for this reason it was observed that the The company has a very inadequate use of financial resources, this is generated by not planning to help them make the best decisions, therefore it is very necessary that budgets are generated that would help to better manage and distribute equitably. Similarly, the company should establish policies for the preparation of budget planning.
