    La Neurociencia Social como herramienta del Trabajo Social una nueva perspectiva.

    ABSTRACT: Research advances in neurosciences have proven the link between cognition and emotion that has provided foundations for understanding the neuronal and psychobiological bases of human behavior. This research project aims to present relevant findings in the field of social neurosciences, which could contribute to the strengthening of the development of social, emotional and cognitive skills for social Work such as empathy, self-regulation , self-concept, among others; these skills are a fundamental part of the human being that helps him to effectively face his problems and to be able to relate to others, they are a set of skills that must be deepened from the academic field as from the professional field , Social Work is a profession that in addition to possessing these skills also exercises them through its interventions, with the purpose ofstrengthening people. To do this, a descriptive qualitative methodology was used by which 70 articles related to social neuroscience and aspects that are directly related to social work were selected. In conclusion, professionals, and future professionals ofsocial workmust possesssocial-emotionalskillsto face the challenges of their profession and also teach others to develop them, it is necessary to promote a wider knowledge from social neuroscience to understand human beings and their conduct since your biological system to the influence of the environment in order to know what aspects are important to yourself-actualization, autonomy, and well-being, for this it is proposed that from the academy deepen these issues to future social workers and thus generate in them an interest to investigate more and strengthen these aspects in the profession.
