    The meaning of quality of life is controversial, ambiguous and confusing; for some it is completely related to the economic level or the happiness in exchange for others with the well-being and these constitute part of the quality of life but they do not define it in totality, however in the present the individuals try to mold to form that the can fully enjoy It is for this reason that this research work has focused on conducting a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, in order to establish strategies to increase sales for both the company and the distributors who sell this product. The data thrown by the applied research to the owners and workers of establishments dedicated to the production of the canton Cevallos indicate that the sector is important for the quality of life since this influence directly. The quality of life seeks or longs for the improvement of several aspects of people both intrinsic and material. So the proposal resulting from the research directed me to identify the quality of life that the workers of the footwear sector of the canton have, which can be said to be good and that the footwear sector has been positively influenced
