Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2019) Vásquez Carrillo, Juan Eduardo; Cañizares Proaño, Byron GenaroIn order to comply with the research objective, it was necessary in the first instance to define the appropriate geometric configuration of the structure, modeling and analyzing different configurations in the ETABS program, until, the configuration of the cover structure meets the period of vibration, floor drifts of less than 2% and that the participation of the masses is greater than 90%. Defined the geometry and structural configuration of the roof, it was also modeled in the Robot Structure Analysis program in order to perform a comparative analysis between the results presented by each of the programs and verify if they are similar, that they comply with the aforementioned checks. and to determine the soliciting efforts in each of the bamboo structural elements. Once the compression, traction, requesting moment and shear stress efforts to which the bamboo elements were subjected, obtained from the ETABS and Robot programs, were determined, the final Guadua GaK sections of the structure were designed by the method of permissible efforts, based on the NEC_SE_GUADUA and NSR-10 Cap. G.12., Since, the specialized programs of structural analysis do not contain norms referring to the design of bamboo structures. To conclude with the research, the three-dimensional representation and modeling of the structure was carried out in the Revit specialized program.
