Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2019-02) Vásconez Sánchez, Karen Andrea; Viteri Medina, Galo AlejandroThe present research project shows the importance of the use of the cane guadua in furniture for outdoor spaces of the housing complex. Unfortunately today in this stage there desinteres by maintaining a healthy environment, which cause rejection in preserve green areas in good condition, limiting people to perform actions that are beneficial for your comfort, without realizing that not only affects the space but also to the health. To be important spaces in all stages of the life cycle, it is essential to consider the recreational activities as an essential component in the inhabitants, by which in this research identified the needs of users and the leisure needs at the time of applying furniture for your relaxation or fun. In addition it was determined the characteristics of the material in order to propose furniture forming part of the social and economic welfare. It is worth mentioning that within the research project not only benefits the adults but children in the same way in order to improve the relationship with the environment using sustainable materials, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and with large properties which are used to apply in the housing, asi draw the attention of the users who will make use of the same feeling in an attractive environment. As a technique of investigation was conducted an analysis of user and of green areas; while for the collection of data is applied surveys and interviews, where it is evidenced the requirements of the people, in addition to knowing their needs that will be applied in the design proposal. To be analyzed all the information applies the design of furniture to sugarcane based guadua in spaces of rest and communal activities with the purpose of providing environments through the bond with the natural environment.
