    This project a study was conducted by means of time and motion in the assembly lines of artisanal Ortiz Machinery company, providing a better view of the state which is currently both its processes and the distribution of its machines and tools, this he developed it with the help of direct observations, existing methods such as activity diagrams, Gantt PERT and the layout of the current tour of the company and through this analysis it was possible to identify the critical points of the company as a distribution, by That is why a proposal for improvement was made in helping to reduce transport time/space travel and improving the management of raw materials and labor mobility for each of the process, generating time savings for each. According to the study conducted by the company, it required an analysis of the costs for the implementation of further redeployment in the same, in addition to the calculation of VAN and TIR, which helped identify whether the project is viable or not . Giving an TIR of 17% which shows that the project is viable.
