    Due to the ignorance of people to the identity of their community, people, so this research work seeks to encourage the revitalization of the ancient peoples that through history have left their mark, for this purpose meet the proposed objectives. Identify the formal and visual characteristics of the iconographies found in the miniatures of the Panzaleo culture. Design decorative elements for interior spaces of tourist centers with pre-Columbian motifs. Validate the proposal through a study of Panzaleo culture iconography and its application in the design of a cultural space in a tourist environment. To this end, several active techniques were used, such as the research methodology of the survey, by means of a population, which will allow obtaining data on the subject of study, which will help to find a possible solution, and within the methodology, the approaches will be used. qualitative and quantitative, the basic modalities of the research, the levels and types of research, among other aspects that allow the person responsible for the work to better sustain, in conclusion it follows that the iconography of the Panzaleo culture allows to design architecturally appropriate spaces to drawings, graphics, figures, details that can contribute to beautify and awaken the creativity at the moment of building by means of a professional in architecture, iconographic designs in environments of tourist centers what will make possible the knowledge of the ancient towns like the Panzaleo culture that they lived centuries ago in the Salcedo canton.
