    La educomunicación y la participación ciudadania de los jovenes en la Parroquia Urbana Pelileo Grande

    This research is framed in promoting the citizen participation of the young people of the urban parish Pelileo Grande through the educommunication, because with their collaboration within the public management will be possible to achieve a local development. The media currently have a fundamental role in the development of society and therefore should help educate the population, especially the youth, so it is important to establish educational strategies that help young people to know their Participation in public management. Educommunication seeks to generate active, participatory and critical receivers of the messages emitted by the media, that is to say, to create a feedback between emitter and receiver (EMIREC). The voice is the best instrument of expression, because it has a suggestive power over the listeners, as long as you know how to use it, since, you have to know what is said and how you say it, that depends on the assertiveness of the message and La Radio as one of the mass media and the most used by young people, it is important to implement an educational strategy, which contribute to the creation of spaces and educational content focused on young people. Reason why, this medium will be used as a tool to generate educational contents in which the rights and mechanisms of participation are made known.
