The Association of Alternative Producers Olympic Effort in Canton Tisaleo, for four years has been dedicated to the production and marketing of guinea pigs breeding, time in which has experimented different techniques to produce the same, is currently in the stage of growth, it is therefore necessary to create strategic actions to maintain the production and at the same time to improve its presentation in the market with an adequate commercialization. This is how the present work of entrepreneurship has focused on creating a new, novel and healthy product aimed at the population Tungurahua’s, households, people aged from 5 years to the third age, time in which it is needed the nutritional benefits provided by the meat of guinea pigs, with high quality standards providing security when purchasing this product considering the nutrients that the body of people need. Considering that the surveys made to the people directly involved, indicate that the product will be accept in the market since there are currently no products with these specifications, because achieving this nutritional product is to achieve the proposed objective. Thus, the purpose of this project of entrepreneurship will be to produce meat of guinea pig packaged and to offer them in several points of sale of the Canton Ambato, considering the benefits that the product offers, also to promote the same of a fast and successful way promoting the satisfaction of their consumers thus achieving the favorable acceptance of the product in the market.
