    The main purpose of the research project is to solve the problem, such as the management of Audit in Savings Banks, in the Píllaro canton, in order to propose a management and corporate social responsibility model. Audit management is a technique that will help the company to analyze, diagnose and establish recommendations to companies, in order to achieve strategies, one of the main reasons why the savings banks under investigation may decide to undertake The application of the Management Audit and the adjustment of it, while corporate social responsibility is based on the active and voluntary contribution to social, economic and environmental improvement by the Savings Banks of the Píllaro canton, With the aim of improving the competitive, value and value-added situation; For which all social entities are involved; Partners, community and authorities. The main contribution of the present study is the elaboration of the social balance for Savings Banks, which will serve as a model for its execution and socialization with the Savings Banks of Píllaro Canton and the province of Tungurahua.
