    This research called “The inventory management and profitability of the company" Rodamientos Bower "in the city of Ambato, for the period January-June 2015", aims to analyze the processes for inventory control in the company, involving the same way profitability índices which will assist, for improvement in making business decisions. In recent years it has been observed an increase in vehicular movement in the city of Ambato, for which the company Rodamientos Bower seeks to expand its range of autoparts making adequate control of their inventories to thereby avoid wasting resources economic, and glut of goods in their warehouses. At the request of the company implementing an inventory management model, with which can perform controls on goods in its key moments that is proposed; in its acquisition and distribution, thus achieving the company lower its unnecessary storage costs and improved their levels of stocks in merchandise finds rotation
