Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales e Informáticos, 2022-03) Supe Sailema, Jonathan Xavier; Fernández Peña, Félix OscarToday we operate in an increasingly global and competitive market where companies seek to be more efficient and profitable than others and to achieve this, many of them choose to implement process automation solutions. In this way we manage to optimize your processes, relieve the workload and therefore increase the productivity of the organization. This project was developed with the aim of automating the processes of issuing vehicle insurance policies in order to optimize repetitive tasks, speed up the execution time of tasks, eliminate possible human errors that may occur and finally reduce the load. Of the operational personnel of the Insurance Production Agency "Seguros Suárez CIA LTDA" and of the commercial personnel of vehicle dealers in the city of Ambato, all of this will help increase productivity, profitability and promote growth in the market of said companies. The web application was developed using open source frameworks, in this case Angular and Laravel, which facilitated and streamlined the development of the project. For the frontend application, the Angular framework was used and for the backend application, the Laravel framework was used, in which several web services were developed, which provided functionality to the entire platform in general. Therefore, the agile XP methodology (Extreme Programming) was used for the development of the project, which allowed for an efficient, planned, organized development subject to customer requirements, thus achieving quality software.
