    Calidad de vida de paciente con Hipertensión Arterial más Hipotiroidismo enfocado a los cuidados de enfermería

    Hypertension obviously affect the quality of life of the sufferer to be this slow disease progression. Hypothyroidism triggers a hormonal imbalance that affects the patient who suffers, involving multiple health effects imbalanced. In this case an elderly patient, female, 69 years of age it suffering from Hypertension 8 years, Hypothyroidism 6 years ago, Diabetes Mellitushace 11 years, which is treated and control is presented, which affect to maintain a proper balance in their lifestyle, while causing further complications. During the investigation it became clear that the patient has emotional physical condition deteriorated by disease presented, in which different critical points identified risk factors that contributed to further complications that impair daily health by literature review appears different sources, interviews and analysis of clinical history, has managed to improve their lifestyle Mediate making a guide that presents the care they should take the patient based on the NIC and NOC activities. The guide designed for patients with hypertension and hypothyroidism in which prioritizes the needs presented, while helping to establish a balanced lifestyle to help improve the effects they present.

    La metodología tradicionalista y el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes del quinto año de educación general básica en la Unidad Educativa Huachi Grande en la ciudad de Ambato en la provincia de Tungurahua

    Históricamente el modelo tradicional se aplicaba en todo los ámbitos de la educación, éste fue un proceso fundamentado como competitivo e individualista donde todas las materias impartidas por los docentes se dictaban de forma sistemática, pero no mostraba los resultados esperados, ya que al plantear este modelo en la educación lo que lograba era conseguir estudiantes memorísticos, mecánicos, creando dificultades en la cohesión grupal en el aula de clases durante el trabajo escolar. Tomando en cuenta esta realidad, se presenta una investigación que abarca las variables metodología tradicionalista y el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes de Quinto Año de Educación General Básica; se parte de la contextualización del problema para fundamentarlo teóricamente, distinguir la metodología de investigación; ponerse en contacto directo con la realidad mediante una investigación de campo y plantear las conclusiones y recomendaciones que conllevan al planteamiento de una propuesta viable y útil para solucionar la problemática detectada. Este estudio ha sido posible gracias a las habilidades y competencia adquiridas en la Carrera Universitaria y que han permitido auscultar y plantear soluciones viables a una realidad concreta.
