Within the framework of research, bibliographic and documentary contributions based on theories and experiences in psychosocial factors are of great importance, and their probable risk in health damage, in turn negativity and affect both physical health and the psychological, validating the perception of 101 employees, which corresponds to the representative sample of the total number of officials in the area, in reference to the dimensions under study, this analysis is supported by statisticians executed in the statistical program SPSS, and application of questionnaires validated in the methods; Navarre and structured method NTP-394 whose indicators such as: Alfa de Cronbach in 0.792 and 0.926 respectively, demonstrate the high reliability of the applied surveys, adding the representativeness of Pearson's Chi-square analysis equal to 0.819> 0.05, which verifies the correlation of psychosocial variables and their significant relationship in the job satisfaction of emergency service officials. With this premise we propose a psychosocial risk prevention program based on the SAITE standard of the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador, based on indicators of program effectiveness, and its contribution to the improvement of occupational health and safety for job satisfaction.
