    With the passing time technology progresses and therefore has to make use of it for the purpose of detecting and correcting defects and threats presented, in order to prioritize health care as a fundamental right so to achieve the proposed objectives to be competitive and achieve the expected success. The methodology used to obtain information were surveys aimed at staff working in the Health Center Type A and patients, in the same way the activities and staff engaged in this way was directly observed was possible to determine the problems facing the institution, this is done in an effort to meet the needs of patients. Finally the situation in which it is located, allowing implement a computer system, the same as help manage patient information and thus help the working staff of the Health Center Type A do a decent job within the institution is determined , which will be better every day, establishing competitive advantage and achieving success in the workplace. Being one of the main reasons for launching the implementation of computer systems and their relation to information management Health Center Type A.
