    La realidad aumentada como herramienta de difusión de leyendas ambateñas para niños de 8 a 9 años

    This research work joins the trend of generating graphic products oriented to the staging through the use of technologies such as augmented reality whose presence has been growing steadily in the last decade in several Latin American countries, where its characteristics such as the level of interaction and visual impact represent great potential as a communication tool. For this purpose, the type of content to be reproduced through this medium was also selected, which were traditional legends of the city of Ambato whose literary content is transformed into a visual form according to the target audience in this case students of basic education in a range of 8 to 9 years. Regarding the methodology of the project, the inductive method was used for the segregation of the information obtained from professionals such as teachers and child or educational psychologists who provided information about the graphic style of the proposal suitable for the public and also about the educational practices used in the classrooms. Finally, through the results obtained from the application of the functional prototype, the feasibility of the application of a business model based on the provision of services of this type of technology together with design is studied.
