LTDA. in the province of Tungurahua; which is the development of strategic planning in order to increase sales and improve profitability of the organization. The main problem of the company lies in an inadequate business planning, activities are carried out in a routine manner, has not made an assessment of the organization to establish goals to guide the activity of the same. The aim of the research is to analyze the business situation of the company, providing a support to guide management decisions to take, with the delivery of strategies internal and external factors of the organization. Moreover, the use of research methods will demonstrate scientific and technical way how the information handled in this work reflects the reality of the company. The results of the investigation show that the company currently uses inadequate model of strategic planning as being a highly competitive market this can not be centralized only one element. The proposal is detailed in chapter six of thoroughly explaining the reasons that lead us to approach new solutions always having as main purpose the continuous improvement and welfare of the company LLANTATEC CÍA. LTDA.
