    The importance of generating design for the male target is very important, because these market isn´t covered by fashion industry, just few years ago it was only a matter of women where men didn´t belong, however as time has progressed fashion has covered male area. Nowadays male fashion has an important place in our society despite the complexity in tastes and preferences of that target, so it is necessary to research, propose and run new alternative of solution for menswear. Generating concience of men´s fashion in Ecuador will let us access to a new alternative in the election of the tailor jacket which with the pass of time has been lost, it isn´t wear by the youngest generations, that shows that the male market is more demanding, due to globalization and the use of technological tools a lot of men have become knowledgeable in fashion trend, it locates men in the contemporary consumer profile. Between the multiple benefits of this project is giving new alternatives of selection in the men tailor jacket, generating new proposals for cuts, pattern designing for manage handcrafted finishes in couture, reinventing it, making it modern, actual and with national identity. It also will benefit to the male market because most of men wear tailor jackets when they work in corporations and other institutions, assist to protocol and not protocol events, meetings and social events where the look and making a difference from the others is a encourage the consume of male Ecuadorian design.
