    The Work investigativo has as fundamental intention answer to the problematics that one has found in the same one, besides an analysis of the economic planning and his relation with the profitability of the HOTEL COMPLEXE VERSAILLES. The economic planning analyzed it by means of a survey directed the clerical staff, since they are elements directly involved with the problem of investigation, by what it was analyzed if the way in which they realize the economic planning is adapted and if they are direccionando to the organization towards the profitability. For the check of the hypothesis it was realized by means of the method t of student, due to the fact that the work investigativo was not an object to the calculation of the sample since the size of the investigated population was not numerous and it was possible to analyze it in its entirety and one concludes that the economic planning if it relates to the generation of the profitability of the hotel, in addition to solve the problem there recommends to carry out a model of economic planning, who is before Programmed, in addition to initiate an administrative management which orientation is towards the profitability, sensitizing to the personnel that to have good profitability not only benefits to the owners of the organization, but also it gives him to all personally labor stability and opportunity of growth.
