The creation of a virtual store is a website where wood-based crafts are sold and people can buy them from their homes or jobs. By using this service, you do not need to travel long distances to reach other stores where they sell physically. These crafts. As advantages, the store is open 24 hours a day, by working through the internet, all borders are eliminated and people from all over the world can buy. This idea is given the need to meet consumer expectations because the canton Quero at the moment does not enjoy a marketing system that meets the needs of customers and currently requires being at the forefront of change and innovation; From this point of view, the establishment of a virtual store for the commercialization of handicrafts in the Quero canton, Tungurahua province, is established as an opportunity to spread identity and local development. As a result we have a favorable acceptance of the target market with 95.26%, the virtual store offers an internal rate of return of 34.38% which is higher than the TMAR, indicating that the project is feasible for its implementation. The net present value of the project is $ 40,961.42, which indicates that the investment made in the project in 5 years. With the results obtained from the market study, the economic-financial study proposes the creation of the virtual store, which is feasible and profitable, shows an attractive reference rate for investors and does not even demand a higher initial investment.
