    Behavioral adaptation is the process by which an individual our group of people change their patterns of behavior and conduct leaving thus their habits and practices to achieve conform to the prevailing norms in the social environment in which they work, it will also depend on its constitution, age, genetics, sex. Everyone feels anxiety at some point in life. Sometimes I feel anxiety is perfectly normal. However, for those with generalized anxiety, feelings of anxiety is much more constant and tends to affect everyday life Anxiety serves alarm for the body, is the means by which the brain to tell the body that can pass something evil. This research was conducted at the Technical University of Ambato, Faculty of Health Sciences, Medical Course, the students of the first semester and the following reagents were used; Fitting your Conduct inventory and Beck Anxiety Inventory.
