    The main activity of the Consultant Bustillos Quiroz, is to provide consulting services aimed at SMEs, with the aim of being a market leader; at present there are companies that are dedicated to this business, but with the disadvantage that they do not have the tools and knowledge necessary to provide an efficient and effective service. For this reason, the present research work has focused on an analysis of SMEs in the city of Quito, in order to establish strategies to offer a specialized service in the area of Marketing and Business Management and thus to develop the Productive Chain. The data from the field research applied to SME entrepreneurs indicate that it is important to have a specialized consulting firm, in order to be competitive and innovative. Thus the proposal resulting from the research directed me to create a specialized company, with a wide catalog of services that satisfy the needs of the companies in the area of Marketing and Business Management, being in this way a consultant that provides support to the improvement Products and services of such companies.
