    The present research work analyses a management audit on the production processes of Ubal, a shoe company in Ambato. This is done with the purpose of finding possible lacks that may intervene in the productive process. We pretend to detect the causes they may have given rise to them, and to find possible solutions that can contribute to the company’s productivity, as well as its profitability, and in general terms the continuous development this organization may pretend to achieve within the competitive market. The present research will be developed based on the methodological model constituted by the following phases: General Analysis, planning, execution and result communication.
