    The content of the present project shows the following guidelines: Information about the project site such as: location, economy, traffic studies, climate, soil characteristics, and relief. The theoretical basis was also made taking into account the Standards of Geometric Design of the MTOP, Design of the pavement structure through the AASHTO 93 program. In addition, the Topographic, Calculus and horizontal and vertical geometric design, Unit Prices, Environmental Measures, Budget, Work Schedule, and the MTOP standards were used. Finally the conclusions and recommendations were made according to the results obtained in the project.
