    Global warming is affected by GHG greenhouse absorb infrared radiation which has been released by the soil and oceans that were heated by solar energy. The transport sector is the main contributor to emissions of GHG from the city of Latacunga. The objective of the present research was to determine the amount of carbon footprint by reaches that emits ground Terminal of the city of Latacunga and the implementation of an environmental management plan that will help to reduce GHG emissions from the standard ISO 14064 and the IPCC guidelines, identifying scope 3 representing the Terminal road haulage to present greater emission of carbon footprint, which reached the 25723,545t CO2 eq of one total of 25725,394t CO2 eq.
