    The present research addresses urban mobility within the Huachi Campus of the Technical University of Ambato, considering objective results based on sustainability indicators. This analysis makes it possible to determine the percentage of suitable criteria that allow the space to be continuously accessible and walkable. The study arises from the need to understand accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability, which influence people who travel along the public roadway and also respond to environmental deterioration. Its purpose is to provide a research contribution to one of the most common problems in the urban environment and to support decision making aimed at improving deficient indicators. The evaluation process is composed of information gathering through diverse methods, recording elements according to their location, dimensions, and influence on campus mobility and urban infrastructure. Data systematization is presented clearly and subsequently adapted to the indicators. This leads to an overall percentage for each evaluated consideration, enabling a comprehensive analytical descriptive reading. The results show that both pedestrian and vehicular components present parameters that hinder the desired sustainability percentages. Their relationship reveals that private vehicles still predominate over walkability, highlighting the urgent need for higher priority infrastructure interventions. Furthermore, imbalances in the internal public transport network negatively affect service quality, while findings provide a baseline for future studies and guidelines for sustainable campus planning and encourage policies that prioritize non motorized transport, universal accessibility, integrated transit, safety, equity, and environmental responsibility for students, staff, and visitors across the campus community today and in future planning processes and implementation.
