    "Mutualista Ambato", is a financial institution controlled by the Superintendency of Banks; For 54 years in the market, has been building the dreams of the ambateños through savings and credit for housing. The challenge of achieving the growth of the financial sector throughout Latin America including Ecuador demonstrates the importance in the entire region for which it is necessary to improve each of the institutions and one way is to increase the quality of the processes and their services through a SGC. The Quality Management Systems are increasingly important worldwide because of their simplicity for this reason the present work has focused on carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the environment in order to be applied such a system, and can be adapted to all Companies, institutions or organizations that need to improve the organization of processes in companies. The results of the research indicated the importance of the topic and the association lacked such a system to facilitate the control and improvement of its processes necessary for the continuous development of the association. Thus the resulting proposal directed me to the implementation of a system through the ISO 9001: 2015 standard generating a quality manual to achieve a better understanding of the raised system, controlled by quality indicators in each process carried out.
