    Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la microempresa textil PAULI & STEFI de la ciudad de Ambato provincia de Tungurahua

    This research is based on the design of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the textile microenterprise PAULI & STEFI, an organization that is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of children's and baby clothing. The project begins with the establishment of all existing processes in the microenterprise, identifying strategic, operational and support processes, this is achieved by making a process map, then a study is presented to determine the degree to which the organization complies with the requirements stipulated in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, in said study a checklist is applied which is qualified according to the initial state of the organization, in addition an analysis is presented about the knowledge of said standard by the organization. management and its collaborators through the application of surveys. When analyzing the results, it is determined that the percentage of non-compliance with the norm is 89.57%, that is, the organization barely complies with 10.43% of the points dictated by the norm, which indicates that the operation of the organization is carried out in a empirical way Finally, the documentation required by the Quality Management System is presented, which consist of matrices, records, formats and procedures, which contain the information required by the standard, these documents are found in the quality manual, a document which does not it is mandatory, but it will serve as a guide for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
