    The purpose of this clinical case study sought to examine the evolution of the patient with bilateral trauma Lower Limbs more lost substance, by collecting data structured to identify the main critical points instruments and establish opportunities for improvement through use of a clinical guide for the caregiver trauma patient. In this paper the case presents a male patient of 84 years, marital status widower with no medical history of importance, patient suffers run over by vehicle in motion, by the severity of the patient is undergoing surgery, and conducted an inter consultation UCI to achieve sos maintain vital signs within normal parameters, it was coupled to a mechanical ventilatory support and perform diagnostic studies. Through the survey the patient data is obtained about the patient's exposure to risk factors such as age, sex, trauma, falls and car accidents, the same as to relate the literature could be the triggers of the disease . In the analysis of clinical case the descriptive method that allowed describing each of the rooms that was evolving pathology is used, the documentary- Bibliographic method for detecting and deepen different aspects of it.
