    The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the footwear sector of the province of Tungurahua, are the most representative at national level for offering a variety of footwear of excellent quality. However, the current demands of the business environment such as globalization force SMEs to change. Among the changes facing companies understood as a social system is the resistance of people to change their habits and customs to not leave their comfort zone. The reason for this research is to encourage managers, leaders and entrepreneurs of SMEs to strengthen the Organizational Culture through Business Coaching, a strategic tool that helps to develop the skills and competencies of people. As part of the diagnosis, a field study was conducted and surveys were applied through a structured questionnaire to the administrative staff of SMEs in the footwear sector, resulting in the existence of a weak organizational culture. This research focuses on the application of business coaching tools, Grow model that will help strengthen the organizational culture of SMEs in the footwear sector of the province of Tungurahua.
