    This research aims to identify the roads of Rural Santa Fe Canton Guaranda province Bolívar parish lack of good pavement structure and that this has resulted in a decrease in the volume of traffic-generated unrest in its inhabitants. The problem is the established a standard model in the design of pavements and in this way attract traffic to give a greater Pittsburgh to the user. Application of the theme was based on the needs of the residents of the sector to improve their standard of living, increase agricultural production, among others appearance. This has been used Vanguard pavement design methods considering the materials and existing in these developing platforms to make the authorities on duty who run them this research project.
