    This paper develops PROINBA balanced company in the province of Tungurahua, which consists of the development of financial planning in order to increase sales and improve profitability of the organization. The main problem of the company lies in inadequate financial planning activities are carried out in a routine manner, has not made a diagnosis of the organization to establish the goals that guide the work of the same. The aim of the research is to analyze the company's financial situation, providing a support to guide management decisions should be taken, with the delivery of an analysis of the internal and external factors of the organization. Furthermore, the use of research methods will demonstrate technique scientifically and how the information handled in this work reflects the reality of the company. The results of the investigation show that the company now uses Mind inadequate financial planning model as being a highly competitive market it cannot be centralized only one of its elements. xviii The proposal is detailed in chapter six thoroughly, explaining the reasons that lead us to approach new solutions having as main purpose the continuous improvement and welfare of PROINBA balanced company.
