    DAVIAGRO is a small business natural person made up 6 people; the same that is dedicated to wholesale and retail of agricultural products such as fertilizers, nutrients, herbicides, fertilizers and other items that are of great use to farmers in the production area. This research, which seeks is to avoid the problems encountered in the timely customer service among other things to eliminate unnecessary costs affecting business economics; whereas, the ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) is an initiative that will reach a timely and appropriate manner to the final consumer through an efficient distribution channel. According to reflect the results of the survey and analysis of this project is concluded that the company DAVIAGRO not have a channel suitable distribution that allows it to reach with their products efficiently to their customers. After exhaustive study conducted in this investigation, it was determined as the design proposed a distribution channel through the ECR in the company DAVIAGRO city of Ambato to timely renew the entire process and achieve business improvement in the main pursuit of customer satisfaction.
