    The courtyard of vehicles Autocrédito Sanchez, are dedicated to the automotive industry for eight years in the city of Ambato. During which time experienced phases of birth and market introduction. He is currently in a growth phase, why should re empirical modify the system charges the company has undertaken and view it as an entity recognized within this activity in the sector. It is for this reason that this research has focused on performing procedures and policies for credits and sales, the same that allow a balance between revenue and expenditure, as the strength and life of a company is measured by its sales which they must be planned, organized and managed in a strategic manner. The data produced by field research applied to customers, the manager and chief administrative officer of the company, indicate that there are shortcomings in the collection procedures and lending, and that because it has accumulated a significant amount in accounts charge, the same that have resulted in the restriction on the timely payment of various obligations of the company. So the proposal resulting from the research routed by designing a procedures manual and Internal Rules for the recovery of nonperforming loans and credits, in which the most effective way was detailed to carry out the collections and the procedures for requesting, approving and access to credit. There are also different policies on which the credit and collection agents should be governed at the time of applying procedures for loan recovery so as to lending.
