    The present case analysis was carried out in Unidad Educativa Andino from Ambato city aims to analyze the budget planning of the institution and its decision-making process, in order to find the different problems with which are happening and propose alternatives to solve this issues, since through interviews it was possible to know that the unit has not proposed an adequate budgetary planning which generated a mismanagement of economic resources by making wrong decisions. This investigation was carried out when the problem was known, and some investigative tools were used in order to amplify the knowledge of a Budgetary Planning and an adequate decision-making process, thus helping the managed and managerial department to control the economic flow in an ordered and systematic way, and also making respective controls and follow-ups. The proposal in which this investigation is focused is a budgetary planning model which will generate a better approach at the moment of making decisions and always ensuring the welfare, growth, liquidity and profitability of the institution.
