Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2015-05) Naula Carrión, Marlon Gonzalo; Altamirano, DaniloThe present research has as main purpose to analyze the current situation D'pelos Aesthetic Center of Ambato, whose activities are providing the same service to all of society itself, as a personal image and aesthetics are concerned Activities such as Haircuts, Hair Color, Manicure, Pedicure, etc. these are the most requested by customers. Therefore it should be emphasized that this study is justified because it was determined the problem facing the company in terms of its level of market positioning, and is able to apply the most appropriate solution to solve it, achieving significantly improve their situation current, thus increasing both their income as its client. Through this investigation it was determined that the company is facing serious economic problems, and low customer base, because your system current advertising is not efficient, hence unable to locate it on the market, having to confront problems in its development. Based on this result could propose the appropriate corrective measures, based on structuring a plan of digital communication, which could facilitate the reach valuable business information to all current aesthetic center customers, and attract leads the market in question, with attractive offers and promotions, which may assist in the implementation of strategies that helped improve the positioning D'pelos a esthetic center of the Ambato city.
