    The use of mobile applications has caused them to become tools for everyday use covering a wide field of education, health, economics, etc. But technological progress has forced different companies to announce their way of working in addition to this we can include the current situation due to the appearance of the virus known as COVID-19, which is why mobile tools have been taken as sources to meet the needs of users. In this research project, the perspective is the development of a mobile application focused on optimizing the service of sending and delivery of parcels by the company ESFLOSERV CIA. LTDA in view of the desire to update or improve this service by converting its traditional methodology into modern and excelring from other companies dedicated to similar services. The development of the mobile application using IONIC allows the saving of resources and the implementation of programming languages such as TypeScript with ergonomics taking advantage of safely and efficiently resources in order to provide a multiplatform mobile application for the management and control of deliveries of the porters that fully meet the requirements of the company The methodology selected for the realization of this work will be Xtreme Programming or also known as XP due to its high acceptance and performing excellently in the development work, in addition to being a methodology that has a communication between users and the development group of the application giving the necessary support.
