    The Municipal Public Company of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Ambato, was created by official registration number 2343, on July 4, 1967 is an institution attached to the Autonomous Government Decentralized Municipality of Ambato who is in charge of the production, distribution and marketing of the service of potable water and sewerage within the territorial jurisdiction of Canton Ambato. Same that it goes through a process of continuous improvement in the quality systems obtaining thus the quality certification in the Municipal water system Casigana - Ambato, constituting it in a referent at local and national level. It is for these reasons that it is necessary to establish quality management processes in the areas dedicated to the provision of services to users because EP-EMAPA-A according to the newspaper Hora in its publication of October 2011, points out that EP-EMAPA-A and other public institutions lack adequate infrastructure to serve customers. The field research provided data of great acceptance by the users of the southern area of the city of Ambato, indicating that it is important to improve public institutional infrastructure. It is for this reason that my entrepreneurship proposal is the creation of an EP-EMAPA-A agency with integrated services in the south of the city; ie an agency where the service of institutions such as EP-EMAPA-A, CNT, EEASA and GADMA is unified.
