    Child labor has been considered one of the main social problems at the global level. Developing countries are the most likely to suffer this threat that damages the rights of girls and boys, bringing with it other problems in the areas of health, education, human development and the economy of societies. Narrowing down the aforementioned, it can be said that parentalization has influenced children to work, what is known as child labor, has been a problem investigated by UNICEF in high-income countries, such as Ecuador. to the continuous monitoring of the situation of the rights of children and adolescents. This support has been provided both to public institutions and to civil society, with the intention of providing valid inputs for the process of construction of public policies and contributing to the improvement of knowledge and practices of society in general (UNICEF, 2011 ).
