Carrera de Diseño Gráfico., 2022-03-17) Muñoz Jumbo, Yadira Jacqueline; Fabara Sánchez, Fernando RodrigoThe world changed in different areas with the arrival of Covid-19, this social and health crisis, forced big changes. The digital world grew exponentially, so many commercial establishments had to migrate to the digital part to avoid to close their businesses, enterprises or companies since this pandemic affected everyone economically. The gastronomic sector is one of the most affected, since due to the restrictions they could not offer their products, so they had to adapt to new strategies to offer their services or products and prevent the closure of their businesses. In Ambato, several gastronomic establishments began to offer their products through social media, despite not having knowledge of how to advertise, they did it in an empirical way. During the pandemic, people began to make their purchases and orders through these digital platforms and for security measures these locals opted to make home deliveries, a service known as delivery in order that the product reaches the customer in good condition. The objective of this integrative project is to use social media as a digital strategy to help in the recognition of a gastronomic establishment in the city of Ambato. The “Cevichería del Mar Sambito's” is a place that offers the preparation of seafood, however, despite having several years in the labor market, the digital part has not been handled properly, for this reason it was proposed, different strategies and actions to fulfill the purpose of this project.
