    The Faculty of Administrative Sciences is an academic unit of higher education, with levels of academic, scientific and technological excellence that has the job of training citizens at a professional and postgraduate level with a critical thinking capable of leading changes in the social and economic environment for to promote the sustainable development of the country companies. The present research project consists of theoretical and methodological basis for the management by processes that allows to optimize the time in the activities carried out by the administrative personnel, teachers to appointment, teachers to contract and service personnel. The results obtained in the field research applied to the members of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences identified the need to implement a process-based management model that allows us to make the right decisions that lead to achieve the proposed objectives and fully fulfill them as a higher education institution. The purpose of this research is to implement the process-based management model of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and thus to provide immediate response to the requirements of internal and external clients.
