Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2018-01) Moya Flores, Luis Enrique; Medina Chicaiza, Ricardo PatricioThe objective of this research project is to develop a technological alternative in the e-recruitment of personnel that will become an aid for Tungurahua body companies, as well as promote the use of technological tools in the human resources department. The investigation evidences the ignorance of the advantages of this type of tools and the lack of an adequate recruitment process of personnel. The theoretical foundation analyzes the origins and evolution of the administration of human resources towards the management of human talent, investigates the process of recruitment of personnel of various authors and technological tools, this has allowed to establish the elements to be evaluated through the instrument of the survey, which was validated with the Cronbach's Alpha; as results, 0.84 was obtained, which means that the instrument is reliable to be able to carry out the surveys to people who are looking for. Since the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is in the high range. The results obtained show the tools and techniques used in the personnel recruitment process, the current recruitment situation was analyzed, so it detected the scarce use of technological tools in the area of human resources. The theoretical foundation and the results obtained propose a final product, develop a methodological procedure for the e-recruitment of personnel and a proposal with the different web pages to recruit the appropriate personnel.
