    The company BIOALIMENTAR is dedicated to the production and marketing of dog food, is located in the Pisque industry Industrial Park, every day is reaping success makes him prevail and shine in competitive markets nationwide, and we are pleased to continue growing companies with high expansive power, and effective contribution in the country's progress. It is for this reason that the present research work has focused on analyzing the needs and requirements of the market which has been determined that the development of new products in the company, the product needs CANi implementing strategies to to improve its market share and reinforcing their brand. With this work the situation of the company and the product was investigated by obtaining clear information in order to implement the strategy of developing new products, in addition to analyzing Cani product and compare it with other canine products in the domestic market and to meet the product benefits, and create two new products as Senior CANi and Sport. So the resulting proposal has product analysis Cani, which is one of the products that need growth and better market share, making it the canines compared with other products in the Ecuadorian market both nutrients, content, presentation, etc. In addition to implementing the strategy of developing new products to underpin the creation Cani Sport.
