    The research work aims to respond to the problem that has been found in the company, "Logistics inventory management and increasing sales in the company EKUALICORES of Ambato city.", The main cause for this fact is a deficiency in the logistics of inventories, since there is a comprehensive planning of activities for the control of purchases, storage and sales, causing this to affect sales. This fact has been given since the beginning of the company and the present project aims to give solution to it, proposing a tool that will help inventory logistics. A process flow chart detailing step by step how logistics should be properly carried out, from procurement, storage and sales. This tool will be a guide as to the processes that must be carried out by the company staff, both administrative staff and sales personnel, which if applied properly, in the future will see positive results in sales, goals, objectives and in all the performance of Ekualicores.
