This work is developed from the need to design a quality control tool to help the company become more competitive, this will be achieved by offering the customer a finished product with excellent features that meet high quality standards, in this way He achieved compete both nationally and internationally. It is necessary for the company in a successful way to control all processes that focuses on the customer, so there are no delays in orders, loss of customers; damaging the image of the company. The proposal is focused on designing a tool for quality control within the company that will allow our customers loyalty and therefore increase market share with products of high quality standards.
