    The present work has as its principal objective to determine the feasibility of implementing a service company for forest use of wood located in the canton Latacunga of Cotopaxi province, the same that meets the expectations generated in the middle and of course meets the needs of the timber industries. This project allows you to view the horizon commercial, technical, administrative and financial matters of the company through the study of market where they identified the supply and demand; the technical study to identify the location of the enterprise, processes, the optimal size and distribution of offices; The organizational study allowed to establish an administrative structure, mission, vision, values, manual of functions and responsibilities fundamental pillars for the good internal operation of the company; the financial study for the next five years and to determine the profitability of the project. Through the surveys and interviews was evidenced the great reception that would have the company by wood industries. For this reason, it can be concluded that the project entrepreneurship is feasible because it contributes to invigorate the economy, create jobs and generate profitability, aspects that contribute to the popular and solidarity economy in this way complying with the National Plan of Good Living.
