    Giving to know the present work of investigation: "System for the management of qualification by competitions to improve the labor performance in the company Bioalimentar Cía. Ltda. ", the main objective is to determine the training process for competencies and work performance of the employees of the company Bioalimentar, which is why the space is delimited to the company Bioalimentar Cía. Ltda., the problem was identified through a field investigation that serves for the collection of information, Bibliographical where the theoretical sustenance is through books, magazines, internet, to validate information, exploratory, and finally the descriptive investigation which helps to take the information and do a better research work on competencies and its approach to the different areas of work in the directive, administrative and operational part. By means of surveys made to the collaborators of the organization focused on the different areas of their work, it helped to gather important information in order to obtain conclusions and assertive recommendations to the present research work; For this reason, it is proposed to design a competency management training model aimed at the staff of Bioalimentar Cía. Ltda.
