    This paper is a case report entitled “INJURY PERONEAL NERVE MEMBER OF LEFT FOR SEQUEL BOTTOM OF THA " It refers to a patient 68 years of age, female sex, when it is retired but was engaged as a saleswoman in a refrigerator. The main pathological history of the patient is the congenital hip dislocation which was not treated with over the years gave rise to the presence of arthritis of the hip, why the patient underwent surgery arthroplasty left hip had as a complication sciatic nerve injury. With this diagnosis, the patient was referred to physical therapy where he is in continuous treatment, with a marked improvement in their sensory deficit and while still deficiencies found in the motor area.
