    this research the multidisciplinarity of the sciences can be evidenced, and it is that with the passage of time the technology has been gaining space in the daily life of the people, nowadays this is intruded in each activity that the human beings carry out. Thanks to the advances in communication and the multiple digital platforms that can be found on the Internet, football has become a methodical study sport, coaches are no longer looking for players that adapt to a tactical system, but rather that they follow fullness of the provisions given to them within the field of play, improving communication inside the field, in order to achieve short, medium and long term objectives. At the same time, allowing and providing the athletes all the necessary tools for their training. The versatility of communication has allowed it to be addressed and it is impossible to stop communicating. In addition, through it you can provide knowledge to each player who is willing to improve their technical - tactical condition through the help of video analysis, a tool that currently seeks to enter into sports, especially in Ecuador and is widely used by European coaches. The Research analyzes if the level of communication in the study team improves with the support of ICTs and especially video analysis contributes to the performance of professionals.
